a page written for you

Hi, I'm Bugra. Everything here is for you.

I live in Trabzon, I'm 18, and software is my craft. I build local-first products — no cloud, no telemetry. My biggest one is memo: an AI assistant that runs fully offline.

A short story of a developer

I was born in Trabzon in 2008. I pushed my first commit in January 2024 — since then I've been turning everything I learn into something that actually runs. When I open my computer, I don't get lost on the internet: my code lives locally, and it stays mine.

Today my biggest project is memo: a Go backend, a Flutter UI, llama.cpp for local inference, RAG and voice chat. No cloud, no telemetry — your data stays with you. The reason I insist on this is simple: software should serve the person using it, not the other way around.

I wrote every line of this page for you — what I do, where I struggle, and where I want to go. Nothing held back.

journey

  1. 2024Python bots, C# experiments and my first website — about 30 repos.
  2. 2025HizmetSepetim: a full-stack platform with Kotlin + Go + Flutter.
  3. 2026The memo era: local AI, voice, agent tools and local-first interfaces.

what I'm good at

  • Writing small, fast, standalone tools in Go
  • Wiring Flutter UIs to real data
  • Building systems that work without a cloud (offline-first)
  • Reading docs and trying new things quickly

what I'm still learning

  • Team habits at scale (code review, process)
  • Advanced algorithms and competitive programming
  • Designing design systems from scratch
  • Spoken English practice
